Not so long ago, we informed you on our website that this year's Galaxy The Note9 will most likely have a fingerprint reader implemented in the display, which would certainly please all those who have not yet come to terms with the location on the back of the phone. However, according to the world's leading analyst, this solution is most likely taboo for this year.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities, who has come significantly closer to the truth in his predictions several times, issued a rather interesting report yesterday, in which the fingerprint reader in the display of the upcoming Galaxy Note9 focuses. However, it certainly does not bring good news. Although Samsung really tried this solution, due to failures and lack of time, it was finally abandoned.

Concept Galaxy Note9 from Tech configurations:

Although u Galaxy We probably won't see the Note9 reader under the display, Kuo is quite optimistic about its future. He is convinced that in the future we will be able to unlock the phone by placing a finger on any part of the screen. On the other hand, Kuo doesn't trust facial or iris scanning very much and considers these authentication methods less reliable.

It's hard to say at this point whether Kuo was right in his prediction or not. However, the truth is that if Samsung were able to actually implement the fingerprint reader under the display, it is hard to say whether it will do it already with the Note9 model. According to the available information, this year's models should be rather a kind of evolution, and we will only see a revolution in the true sense of the word with the arrival of Galaxy S10 or Galaxy X next year. This new product would probably suit this series much better and make it a really attractive phone. However, let us be surprised.
