Although the trend of the last few years has been the constant enlargement of phones and especially their displays, which their manufacturers try to stretch across the entire front, a significant part of users simply do not get along with large "slapsticks" and would rather appreciate a smartphone in compact dimensions. Although it can be found on the market, it often does not meet their expectations of performance or equipment. A great alternative for these customers could have been the mini version of older Samsungs Galaxy. However, the last mini model came out four long years ago together with Galaxy S5. However, it seems that the South Korean giant would like to revive this series.

In the Geekbench database two days ago there was a mention of a rather interesting model bearing the designation SM-G8750, which, according to some foreign sources, could be Galaxy S9 mini. Under the hood of this little thing, you will find a Snapdragon 660 chipset together with 4 GB of RAM memory. The phone then runs pre-installed Android 8.0 Oreo.

We can't read much from the benchmarks, but in general it can be assumed that u Galaxy The S9 mini will feature a classic Infinity display with a ratio of 18,5:9 and a battery with a capacity of approximately 2500 mAh. The diagonal of the display could then reach about 5", which is more than one inch less than the standard Galaxy S9. As for the actual launch of this model, we could expect it sometime in the next two months. AND Galaxy Samsung launched the S5 mini three months after the introduction of its flagship, so theoretically a similar schedule can be expected here as well.

If you're already grinding your teeth on a similar smartphone, slow down a bit more. As I already wrote above, for now this is only an assumption and this phone may eventually be presented under a completely different name with a completely different design and equipment. So let's be surprised.
