Samsung wants to establish itself as much as possible in the wearable electronics market, and because of this, it is therefore trying to improve its smart watches and bracelets as much as possible with software updates. However, it sometimes happens that instead of improvements, the update does more mischief in the device. It was not so long ago that owners of Gear S3 watches began to complain about reduced battery life, which appeared just after the new update. Of course, Samsung immediately stopped the spread of this update and began working hard on a fix that should return everything to normal. The South Korean giant finally succeeded a few days ago and released a revised version of its update again. The updated software brings "only" two novelties, but they are more than pleasant.

The new update improves the stability of the Gear S3's Bluetooth connection, so you should experience significantly less issues between the watch and your smartphone. However, the main bonus should be the improved battery life, which should be significantly longer again. However, at this point it is very hard to say whether Samsung has actually managed to deliver on its promise. Battery life will be best tested in the next few days.

The update should only be available in the US, Canada, and South Korea at this time with the designation R760XXU2CRC3. However, the release to other markets can of course be expected relatively soon. So if you are one of the owners of the Gear S3 watch, you definitely have something to look forward to.
