Even if they are flagships Galaxy S9 to Galaxy Considered one of the best smartphones on the market, the S9+ doesn't mean they don't have any issues. In the past few weeks, users have started to complain about problems with phone calls. It states that the sound is lost during phone calls, or the call drops completely. Since calling is one of the basic functions of a smartphone, it is understandable that users are upset.

Users in Israel are particularly concerned, with one even filing a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics and local importer Sunny Cellular Communications, stating that the plaintiff bought two phones Galaxy S9+ and calling does not work correctly on either of them.

The plaintiff found that during the call, the sound was lost for a few seconds. At the same time, he had errors with a fragmentary sound that does not allow talking to the other party at all and requires ending the call and calling again.

Furthermore, the user complains that the South Korean giant has removed the ability to record calls through third-party software. The plaintiff claims that Samsung did not inform about the mentioned facts and thereby deceived its customers.

The operator told the user that the problem was not related to the network but to the device software and assured the user that Samsung was working on a software update that should fix the problem. The plaintiff also turned to Samsung itself, which admitted the problem and said that two updates had already been released to fix the bugs. However, according to the plaintiff, none of the updates completely solved the problems.

The plaintiff concluded that the call problems were not due to software, but to incompatibilities between the processors used in the devices and networks in Israel. However, the lawsuit does not state how the plaintiff came to this opinion.
