Samsung has launched a new Samsung Community platform for all its users in the Czech Republic. Simply put, this is an official forum that aims to bring together owners of Samsung devices who can also share their experiences with others. At the same time, users can get answers to any questions that have already been solved by other owners in the past.
The main advantage of the platform should be the speed with which users can get to the required information. Advice is available not only on mobile but also on audio-visual equipment, home appliances and IT products. Currently the forum is divided into 5 main sections – Galaxy S9 | S9+, Smartphones, tablets, watches & accessories, TV, Audio & Video, Home appliances and finally Memory cards, SSD drives & Others. In the sections you will find individual topics in which specific problems are solved.
In the future, Samsung plans to further develop the platform and enrich it with other activities for registered members – for example, competitions for new products, video sharing or the possibility to write your own blog.
