Do you still remember the rumors accompanying the launch of new sales? Galaxy The S9 and S9+ that claimed there was no interest in the South Korean giant's new flagship? I bet you sure do. However, although after revealing the financial results for the last quarter, it might seem that the problems are over because according to Samsung they were very good, at least in its homeland, sales of new flagships are still faltering.

According to data from mobile operators in South Korea, 707 thousand units of these phones were sold in the previous months, which compared to its older sibling Galaxy S8 significantly less. When he entered Galaxy S8 on the market, it sold roughly one million units in the comparable period.

As I already wrote in the opening paragraph, it is not the first time that there are smaller sales of the new one Galaxy S9 we learn. The fact that new flagships do not last has been a tradition almost since their arrival on the market. Experts see the biggest problem primarily in the fact that this model is more of a kind of evolution of an excellent one Galaxy S8. However, customers crave giant innovations that can be described as revolutionary, which, unfortunately, the new Samsungs do not quite offer. On the other hand, however, we must realize that the new Galaxy The S9 not doing well in South Korea doesn't necessarily mean it's not doing well elsewhere in the world.

So we'll see how the situation regarding these smartphones will eventually develop in the future. However, if Samsung manages to prepare another revolutionary model for next year that will make the world go crazy, it can afford a slight drop in sales this year.
