Samsung is improving the premium service of its flagship phones Galaxy S7, S7+, S8, S8+, S9, S9+ and Note 8. Newly, in case of out-of-warranty repair, the customer does not have to travel to the service center, but can call the Moje infoline Galaxy and arrange to pick up the phone at home, in the office or at the cottage - in short, anywhere.

If the customer manages to cause a defect on the phone that is not covered by the warranty (broken screen display), he can call My Galaxy infoline 800 66 53 77 (sk – 0800 66 53 77) and arrange to pick up the smartphone anywhere in the Czech Republic. At the meeting, the customer hands over his phone to the driver, and the driver then lends a spare phone from the premium S or Note series (subject to availability) for the duration of the repair. Depending on the type of phone, the customer is guaranteed an amount of between 8 and 000 CZK (14 – 000 euros), which will be blocked on his payment card until the time of return.

Immediately after the phone is repaired, the dispatcher from the Moje service will contact you Galaxy customer and arranges with him to hand over the repaired and pick up the borrowed device. The price of this premium service in the case of out-of-warranty repairs is CZK 299 in the Czech Republic and €16 in Slovakia. In the event that the customer does not agree with the out-of-warranty repair after sending the price calculation with the repair - that is, the repair does not take place due to the customer's decision, he will pay an additional 198 CZK in the Czech Republic and 7,50 euros in the Slovak Republic for the performed inspection - i.e. diagnosis and detection of the defect. For warranty repairs, the service is still My Galaxy completely free.
