Owners Galaxy Tab S3 can slowly start to rejoice. Today, Samsung released a new update for its tablet Android 8.0 Oreo. So far, it has only done so in Great Britain, in any case, this is also positive news for the owners of the mentioned tablets, as the update will soon be extended to other markets. Galaxy The Tab S3 is thus only the second device from Samsung to receive an update to Android Oreo - two weeks ago with the "eight" Androidu waited Galaxy S7.

The update is labeled T820XXU1BRE2 and brings not only the April package full of security fixes, but also several new features. First of all, the tablet gets the Samsung Experience 9.0 interface and all the related functions that smartphone owners could enjoy Galaxy S8 with Note8. One of the most interesting news is that the Tab S3 will support Dolby Atmos surround sound technology after the update.

Among other things, the update is available for download here. However, this is a version for Wi-Fi models of the tablet originating from the English market. In the Czech Republic, the update could appear in the order of several days to weeks and will be downloaded classically via OTA, i.e. via the tablet settings.
