Samsung therefore meets its customers with a new Mobile service Care, which will make it easier for them to use their phone on a daily basis. Samsung Mobile service Care represents mobile insurance, thanks to which all repairs of your Samsung mobile phone will be carried out by authorized Samsung technicians and using original parts. This service is currently available to owners of Samsung phones Galaxy S7, S7 edge, S8, S8+, S9, S9+ and Note8.
Designed for the unexpected
This new service was designed for unexpected situations where our phone breaks in an instant. With the new insurance, you no longer have to worry about high sums for repairing your phone or risk having it repaired at an unauthorized service center. The phone is insured against sudden events that limit the functionality of the mobile device, including damage to the display. During the two-year insurance period, you are entitled to the liquidation of two insurance events.
Terms according to your own
Samsung Mobile service Care can be purchased directly when purchasing the phone or subsequently within 30 days of purchase via the website www.samsung.com/cz/services/mobile-care or through the application Samsung Members in the mobile phone, provided that the phone is still in good condition and not damaged in any way. In addition, you can choose how often you will pay the insurance premium, whether it is a one-off payment of CZK 3 for two years or in installments of CZK 399 per month for 159 months.
Care directly from Samsung
In addition, Samsung emphasizes extending the life of its mobile devices and helping to preserve their original quality and value. For this reason, all repairs to your phone will take place within the Samsung Mobile service Care only at authorized Samsung technicians and using original parts. Using authorized Samsung service centers also means that you do not risk losing the standard product warranty by repairing. During the repair at an authorized service center, you will also have the opportunity to take advantage of expert consultations across the entire product portfolio provided by trained customer center experts (representatives of authorized Samsung service partners). What is accidental damage?
At the specified time and place when the insured product ceases to work normally and its functionality or its safety is affected due to errors in its handling, liquid or external events that are unforeseeable and unintentional (unless excluded in Article 3 of the Insurance Conditions). It includes:
- Screen damage: physical damage such as cracking or shattering of the screen that affects the functionality of the product and is limited to the parts needed to fix cracks or breaks and the back glass such as glass/plastic screen, LCD and sensors fixed on the screen.
- Other damages: damage caused by accidental spillage of liquid into or on the insured product and any physical damage that may occur, other than damage to the screen, preventing access to the mobile device software or the ability to charge.
