Surely you all still remember the scandal with the exploding batteries in the models Galaxy Note 7 from Samsung. This scandal, which was laughed at by the whole world, almost killed the Note series, and it was very lucky that Samsung managed to save it with a very popular model Galaxy Note8. However, if you thought that such problems were gone forever, you would be wrong. Samsung struggles with exploding smartphones from time to time.

A very unpleasant event connected with the explosion of a Samsung smartphone happened at the end of May in Detroit, USA. According to available information, a woman was traveling in it in a car in which she also had models Galaxy S4 to Galaxy S8, which she had lying around. But out of the blue, she noticed a spark coming out of one of these smartphones while driving. Of course, the woman didn't wait for anything, she stopped the car and got out of it. It was soon engulfed in flames and completely devastated the car.

Although the whole story may seem rather unbelievable, its plot is also confirmed by the firefighters from the Detroit Fire Department who went out to the fire. Of course, the woman then turned to her lawyer, who is now helping her resolve the situation. He has already contacted Samsung, who faced the whole problem head on and immediately sent their technicians to inspect the car and parts of the phone that allegedly caused the fire and find out the details. However, it is difficult to say at the moment what his next steps will be. However, if he discovers that his device is really responsible for the destroyed car, compensation can be expected. But now he is still convinced that his phones are of good quality and safe. “We stand behind the quality and safety of the millions of Samsung phones in the US. Now we want to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, which will reveal the real cause. However, until we examine all the evidence, we will not be able to find out the true cause," Samsung commented on the case.

So we'll see how the whole investigation turns out and whether it will be possible to find out  what phone caused the fire But it is already clear that this is truly a unique case that happens very rarely in the world. So, if you are thinking about a Samsung smartphone, you definitely don't have to worry about it catching fire.
