Last year, at CES 2017, Samsung presented a very unconventional television, which it named the Frame TV. It is already obvious from the name that it will be a kind of television in a frame, the main task of which is to faithfully imitate the works of art hanging in the galleries. After its introduction, he even put the first generation of this television on the market in many countries, thereby verifying whether there would be interest in the product. And as it seems, there was interest.

If he wasn't, it would be difficult for Samsung to decide to create a successor, which it announced yesterday. The new Frame TV model is based on last year's model, but brings several interesting improvements, led by improved HDR with HDR10 + support and integrated smart functions, which all premium Samsung TVs have for 2018. Frame TV will offer you, for example, Bixby, which you can use to control smart home or set it up via smartphone Galaxy.

Customize it according to the rest of the house

You can customize Frame TV 2018 with four frames in black, white, walnut and beige wood. These TV frames are held in place by magnets, making them really easy to install. Thanks to this customization option, you will be able to integrate the TV into the interior in a really great way so that it looks natural.

As I already indicated in the opening paragraph, the main domain of this television is not watching movies, but displaying works of art in digital form. You can find these in the digital store Samsung Art Store, which now offers 800 different works by world authors. You can either buy them individually, or you can subscribe to the works and have access to all of them for the duration of the subscription, which is less than 5 dollars.

The new Frame TV 2018 is currently available on Samsung's website in the US, where it is offered in 2 sizes. You will pay $55 for the 2000" version, and $65 more for the 800" version. The frames then cost $200 in the 55" size and $250 in the 65" size.
