The sparrows on the roof have been chattering for quite some time now that Samsung's workshops are hard at work on a revolutionary smartphone that should be flexible in a certain way. As is usual with the South Korean giant, keeping information about upcoming products secret is not exactly its domain, so we learned about the possible development of this product quite a long time ago. In recent months, however, we have also heard several times that the project is not going exactly as it should, and that the introduction of the phone is thus far out of sight. But this is not true according to new reports.
According to reporters from the Wall Street Journal, Samsung is almost done with the development of the smartphone. Some time ago, he should have decided on the final form of the product, which is codenamed "winner". We could expect a presentation already at the CES fair, which will be held at the beginning of next year in Las Vegas. This would fulfill many predictions that performances here already indicated in the past.

And what can we actually look forward to? According to new information, the revolutionary smartphone will get a giant 7" display, which will bend roughly in the middle. When the smartphone is folded down, the phone should be very similar to a wallet, for example, with the display hidden inside. Interestingly, the display should actually consist of only one screen that will bend, while attempts by other manufacturers have tried to bypass folding through two displays split in the middle. From this alone, it is more or less clear that this is a really interesting device, which will not be similar in the world for some time. That's also why Samsung can set a high price for it, which should start at $1500, according to analysts. Despite the high price, the South Koreans believe that they will experience success with the phone and will primarily appeal to customers who want to try revolutionary products and are not afraid to experiment.
Initially, Samsung should release only a small number of these phones. But if it turns out that there is interest in them in the world, this phone could enter mass production roughly in the second half of next year. However, similar plans are of course more the music of the future and only time will tell if something like this is even realistic.
