Not so long ago, we informed you on our website that the upcoming phablet Galaxy The Note9 will arrive in five color variants – gray, black, blue, copper and purple, respectively lavender. However, the first color variant apparently will not arrive in the end. According to the available information, Samsung finally decided to cancel it and will offer customers "only" four color variants. Why?

The vast majority of all the renders that have appeared so far showing the Note9 have been in colors other than gray, which was slightly strange, although it didn't tell much about anything so far. Today, however, a report has come to light, which claims that Samsung has finally blown the whistle on gray. The exact reason is not known, but poor sales of the model may be behind it Galaxy S9, which makes Samsung think about which color variants make sense to release to the public and which ones don't. So South Koreans may prefer to focus on promoting fewer color variants.

We probably won't see something like this:

The second option is to delay this color variant due to an effort to pump up sales even several months after the release of the phablet. Samsung is very happy to deliver various color variants to the market with a decent delay, so it is quite possible that this time too it keeps some tricks up its sleeve and will pull them out when it seems that it would be beneficial to pump up the market.

After all, we will find out very soon whether the gray variant will eventually be missing from Samsung's menu or not. The performance will take place in New York in just 9 days, and we will of course be there at least via live broadcast. We will then serve you all the news about this product on our portal as soon as possible and in the most detail.
