Already at the end of August at the IFA 2018 fair in Berlin, Samsung presented its new QLED TVs for this year and the coming year. The highest models, which offer 8K resolution, attracted attention. They are now on sale, and will be available in domestic stores in a few days. However, a certain obstacle for many will be the price, which in the case of the top model climbed up to 400 crowns.
The new Samsung QLED TVs with 8K resolution will be available in three different variants, which differ mainly in terms of diagonal, but also in other specifications. Top model will offer a diagonal of 85″ (215 cm) and a price of CZK 389. Medium option then boasts a 75-inch (189 cm) panel at a significantly lower price of CZK 179. And finally the lowest model with a diagonal of 65 inches (163 cm) will cost 129 CZK. The new QLED TVs will be available from October 990 at selected retailers, including, for example, Alza.cz.
The Samsung QLED 8K TV is part of Samsung's long-term vision to focus on 8K resolution (7680 x 4320) as the most detailed and true-to-life image available on the market. 8K technology allows the TV to use four times more pixels than 4K UHD TVs and sixteen times more pixels than Full HD TVs.

Processor with artificial intelligence
To reproduce images in 8K quality, the Samsung Q900R is equipped with a completely new processor Quantum Processor 8Kusing artificial intelligence (AI). In the first step, the TV analyzes the source content and compares it with a dynamic library of patterns, shapes and colors for subsequent conversion to 8K resolution. It then uses the algorithm that best matches the given content and performs the final reproduction of the image in full 8K resolution.

Stylish features like Ambient mode they have been improved so that the TV seamlessly blends into the surrounding space, and when you are not watching TV broadcasts, they display beautiful photos or simply "disappear". Cable One Invisible Connection, which comes standard in a 5m length, includes both optical and power cables, giving users more freedom in deciding where and how to place the TV.
