New phablet Galaxy The Note9 is widely regarded as an improved version of last year's model Galaxy Note8. Unfortunately, even this year's novelty is not completely perfect. This is because some users have to deal with a very unpleasant error related to the phone's camera.

The Note9's dual camera can undoubtedly be called one of its strongest weapons, as long as it works flawlessly. However, more and more owners of this model, mainly from the USA, complain that it suddenly freezes when taking pictures or recording videos. The problem should concern both operator-bound models and models sold without a tariff. It is also quite interesting that users encounter freezing both with third-party applications, where similar behavior can be expected, and with Samsung's native Camera application, which clearly indicates that this is an error from its workshop.

Complaints from unsatisfied owners have fairly decently flooded the South Korean giant's support pages for the US, where operators advise them to clear the cache. However, this step did not solve the problem, and even releasing a minor update afterwards did not fix it. However, support has already promised that a fix is being worked on and will arrive soon in the form of a software update. Hopefully, Samsung will not take too much time in this regard.
