Viber introduces a new feature called Polls, which will allow users to easily organize a vote on any topic in group chats and communities. The new feature will expand the possibilities of communication between users, as it gives them the opportunity to express their opinion on any topic easily and quickly. It also allows anyone participating in a given conversation to see what other people's opinions are on a certain topic at a glance, without having to wade through thousands of responses and opinions.
Participants of communication in communities and group conversations can easily create a poll by simply clicking on the Polls icon, which they will find after downloading the latest version of Viber and which is located in the lower bar. Then just write the question and enter up to ten possible answers. Everyone who participates in the vote can express their opinion by simply clicking on the heart located next to their answer. You can then watch the voting process live. Users in a group conversation can see how members voted by clicking on individual responses. Voting is anonymous in communities. Polls can be used just for fun when you want to find out what to talk about next, choose a gift for a friend or make plans for the evening. The possibilities are endless. But adding a poll is also a great way to actively involve participants in the conversation.
Viber launched the new Polls feature first in its official communities for individual markets in the CEE region.
