Samsung is working to bring all of its wearables under the name Galaxy. The South Korean company started with this when instead of Gear S4, they changed the branding to Galaxy Watch. Samsung is now working on the next version of its sports watch Gear sport. However, we expect a name change for this device as well.

Galaxy Watch Active. That's the name of the South Korean tech giant's new sports watch, which appeared in a recent FCC certification. This new naming is a logical step on Samsung's part, because the name Galaxy Sport does not reveal anything to users that the product named in this way should be a watch.
The upcoming version of the sports watch should come with 4GB of RAM or expanded Bixby support. According to the latest reports, it will be available in black, gold, silver and green colors.
We can't do any yet informace to confirm 100%, until Samsung reveals the new product to us. However, the fact that the South Korean company is getting certification for the watch tells us that it will be sooner rather than later.
