Samsung still believes that the tablet market is not dead and except Galaxy Tab S5e now also unveils a new generation of tablets Galaxy Table A 10.1. However, it is possible that we will only find this device in Germany.

Galaxy The Tab A 10.1 (2019) will offer a metal body, except for small parts at the top and bottom where we find plastic for better signal accessibility. On the front, there is a 10,1″ TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, which is fully sufficient for the average user. Inside, Samsung's new Exynos 7904 chip is hiding, which should have the same performance as the Snapdragon 450 that we saw in Galaxy Table A 10.5. There is only 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, which is expandable up to 400 GB. The RAM is really not the best, especially if we take into account how much the system "cuts". We will see what the experience will be from real use. The tablet will also offer 8MP and 5MP front and rear cameras, Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 and a very decent 6mAh battery. We will listen to the sound from two speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

It is pleasing that Galaxy Tab A 10.1 will run on the latest "out of the box". Androidfor Pie, in addition, with the One UI superstructure. Anyway, the first device that will have it pre-installed Android 9 will be Galaxy S10. The Tab A 10.1 won't hit store shelves until April 5.

The tablet will be available in black, silver and gold. We will pay 270 euros (approx. CZK 6) for the LTE variant and 900 euros (approx. 210 CZK) for the Wi-Fi version. Regarding availability in individual markets, Samsung only mentions Germany for now. However, these days it is no longer a problem to have goods sent to the Czech Republic.
