Samsung and Spotify have been working together for a long time. But now both giants have announced the further expansion of their partnership. Soon, Samsung will start distributing new models of its smartphones with pre-installed Spotify application. According to Samsung, it will be literally millions of devices, the partnership will also include the offer of free Premium membership and other interesting benefits.

After the failure of the Milk music service, Samsung announced last year that it was teaming up with Spotify, whose services will be available to Samsung for later purposes. Part of the agreement is the careful integration of Spotify not only into smartphones, but also into Samsung TVs, and in the future possibly into the Bixby Home speaker.

The news that Samsung will start distributing its smartphones with Spotify streaming service pre-installed is news of quite a lot of importance. The series will be the first to come in this direction Galaxy S10, the latest Galaxy Fold and some models from the series Galaxy A. Users usually don't welcome pre-installed apps with too much enthusiasm, but Spotify will be an understandable exception.

The companies Samsung and Spotify also came up with an offer of a six-month free Premium membership for new owners of specific devices. These are models at the moment Galaxy S10 and the offer can be redeemed in the app. Better integration with Spotify will see Bixby, but also tablets, smart watches and other products.
