This year's smartphone release Galaxy The S10 marked a significant step forward for Samsung not only in terms of design. Many call it the most significant design advance since release Galaxy S6 Edge in 2015. The lay and professional public praises elements such as the Infinity-O display, triple camera or perhaps the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Samsung but with Galaxy The S10 is not going to rest on its laurels and it seems that it is preparing another great new product for next year.

This is indicated by a newly discovered patent that the company had registered, and which was brought to the attention of the website LetsGoDigital at the end of last week. The patent dates from last year and was approved this May. In the patent drawings, we can see a completely new design concept for the smartphone - it is not yet clear whether it will be a completely new Samsung flagship or an evolution Galaxy Fold. Unfortunately, the launch of this model was not very successful for Samsung, so it can be expected that the company will do everything to correct the not-so-successful start.

In the images in the gallery, we can see the drawings of the device, on the display of which there is a cut-out for the front camera, similar to the one that the model has Galaxy S10+. While the front camera is located in the center of the device's display, the triple rear camera is located in the upper right corner of the back of the device.

Like Galaxy The Fold and the device in the drawings apparently boast an expandable display, but unfortunately it is not very clear from the images how the display will work - but it will obviously be some form of a retractable mechanism. When the display is not extended, the device looks like a completely standard modern smartphone.

Of course, a registered patent does not automatically guarantee the realization of the designed device. With a bit of luck, Samsung could present the new product next year at the Mobile World Congress, and thus prove that it can handle smartphones with an expandable display very well.
