Galaxy The Fold is finally getting the green light. Samsung today he announced, that it will start selling its first ever foldable smartphone in September. The company also revealed what design changes it made to the phone and what improvements it made to make the smartphone stand up to normal use.
Samsung Galaxy The Fold was originally supposed to go on sale on April 26, but in the end the South Korean company was forced to postpone the launch. A number of design issues were to blame, causing the phone to fail under normal use in the hands of early journalists and reviewers. In the end, Samsung had to completely assess the design of the product and implement the necessary improvements. He also performed a number of thorough tests to verify the changes made.
Improvements that Samsung on Galaxy Fold performed:
- The top protective layer of the Infinity Flex display has been extended all the way past the bezel, making it clear that it is an integral part of the display's construction and is not intended to be removed.
