Samsung presented at last year's event together with Galaxy The Note 9 is also owned by Samsung Galaxy Home – smart speaker with Bixby. From then on, it was rather quiet around the speaker on the footpath. But now it seems that things have finally moved in the right direction - as the company has started offering its South Korean customers the opportunity to participate in beta testing of the speaker Galaxy HomeMini.

However, those interested in the aforementioned testing will have to hurry - Samsung is offering the possibility to log in on its website from today until September 1. After this date, there will be applications for the beta testing program Galaxy Home Mini discontinued. It can be assumed that those interested who will be selected for the program will receive the speaker mentioned for these purposes later this year. It is interesting that the testing is only among Korean customers, and that the smart speaker Galaxy The full-size Home has not been subjected to public beta testing. It is not yet certain when and whether users from other countries will also receive the speaker, but there will certainly be interest in it. A larger speaker variant Galaxy Home could go on sale before the end of this year.

In terms of design, yes Galaxy Samsung's Home has really succeeded - at least if we can judge from the available photos. It visually resembles Google Home or Amazon's Echo Dot speakers. A Korean website suggests that it would Galaxy Home Mini was supposed to offer integration with the SmartThings platform and enable management, automation and control of smart home elements.
