Improved user experience
As is the case with updates, most often at the first launch you see the changes that concern the presentation of the entire application. And in this case it is no different. In PDFelement 7, you can look forward to a more sophisticated user interface, which you will definitely like very much at first glance. Already in the previous version, the user interface was very simple and minimalistic, but in the new update, it was moved to an even higher level. Considering that PDFelement is designed both for viewing and, above all, for editing PDF files, several improvements have been made in this case as well. The editing options have now been expanded, and with their help you can create great-looking documents. PDF documents are known primarily for the fact that they cannot be easily edited or rewritten. With PDFelement, however, you can edit them, and in the new version even in such a way that no one has a chance to recognize the edit. PDFelement 7 always adapts to what you are editing - in the case of text, it uses the correct formatting, then it can replace images in the exact size.

Already in the previous version, teamwork was elaborated, when several people could work on one document at the same time. However, in the new version of PDFelement 7, there are still other improvements. You can communicate easily and better with people who edit documents with you. You can use countless different annotations in the form of comments, notes and more. So, if you are not a lone wolf and like to work in a team, then the elaborate teamwork function in PDFelement 7 is made for you.
Better document conversion
When you decide to convert documents related to the PDF format, you will not always get the exact form of the document as it appeared in the preview. During the conversion, the layout of various blocks of texts, images, or other elements may have been slightly modified. If you've converted a document to PDF, the conversion is usually accurate and simple. However, if you decided to do the opposite conversion, i.e. from PDF to another document, elements within the document were often scattered and the result did not look satisfactory. However, this has changed in PDFelement 7. The seventh version of this program offers even more accurate conversion. You don't have to worry that the elements could be scattered.
License management
If a program is user-friendly and simple, it means that it should be just as easy for the IT administrator in the company where you use PDFelement. The new version includes a special interface for IT administrators to easily manage all the licenses you use. Therefore, managing program licenses has never been easier within PDFelement.
Comparison with Adobe Acrobat
Large companies often use the well-known Adobe Acrobat program to edit PDF files. But as you surely know, programs from Adobe are often very expensive and in many cases do not even offer any additional advantages compared to cheaper and competitive programs. If you decide on a business solution for PDF documents using the PDFelement 7 program, you will not only get a cheaper solution. You also get a program that is much easier for users to use, which I can attest to from my own experience. I don't know why, but I find PDFelement much easier than Adobe Acrobat. I'll admit, before I started actively using PDFelement about a year ago, I thought it couldn't offer me anything new. However, after the first try, I liked PDFelement almost immediately and recommended it in every review that appeared here on our magazine. If you think that it will be different in the case of PDFelement 7, then you are definitely wrong. Even in this case, I have to praise the developers from Wondershare, because they did a great job and managed to improve an already quite perfect program even more. So, if you are looking for either yourself or just for your company, a program that can effectively work with PDF documents, I can recommend PDFelement.
