Mine Kasapoglu she's been that lucky nine times already. He has photographed five Winter and four Summer Olympic Games and five Youth Olympic Games. She specializes in photos of World Cup competitions in alpine skiing and snowboarding and is also a Red Bull photographer. For more than six years, she collaborated with Turkish Vogue on portraits of artists and athletes. Her photographs have been exhibited all over Europe, including the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerlandcarsku. If you want to see Mina in person and be carried away by her story and breathtaking photographs, come to the biggest photography event of the fall - PHOTO EXPO 2019. Already the seventh annual fair and festival of contemporary photography will be held 19 October 10 in the National House in Vinohrady and will present the best of contemporary photography, photography techniques and accessories, but above all a lot of inspiration and fun.

The program of the festival is extremely varied, every photographer will find something for himself. Fans of landscape photography will be delighted by the most professional ones, namely Jan Šmíd, who last year received the most prestigious European title Master QEP or recognized Daniel Řericha, which recently also deals with black and white minimalist images of landscapes or architecture. He will then zoom in on landscape astrophotography Petr Horalek.  He has received over 350 international awards in the most prestigious photography competitions around the world Martin Krystynek, who will show his work and talk about the difficulties that led to the title of Nude Photographer of the Year 2015. 

A distinctive personality of the Czech, not only the photography scene Adolf Zika, famous above all for his beautiful photographs of black and white nudes, deals with street photography and documentaries in his spare time. Visitors can listen to his engaging stories and experiences from photographing this artistic discipline in the large hall. Jan Šibík, our best reportage photographer, will present his fifth solo monograph Jan Šibík – 1989, which is published on the 30th anniversary of the revolution and chronicles the fall of communism in Central Europe. Talented Miloš Nejezchleb, dedicated to artistic conceptual photography, prides itself on its photographs, which are characterized by their color and artistic concept. Stories hidden in photographs, full of adventure, courage, love, pain and death will be told by a popular portrait photographer Karolina Ryvolová, whose work is characterized by original costumes, which she partly creates herself. A sought-after photographer will take you through the nudes Jan Cerny together with Vlastimil Kula, next to Jan Saudek, the only living Czech whose monograph was published by the Taschen publishing house.

If you want to deepen your knowledge, visit one of the many workshops and seminars. They will cover, for example, portrait photography in natural or artificial light, nudes, wedding photography, post-production, panoramic landscape photography, landscape astrophotography, light painting, architecture photography, fashion photography, monitor selection, flash techniques, food photography, music photography, sports and street photography photo.

After last year's premiere, the popular section is included again Travel photos, which will present unique experiences captured by photographers to travelers. Unusual and engaging stories from the life of Icelandic shepherds, Namibia and Botswana, the Cook Islands, Scotland or  the scariest place in Italy, Poveglia - the Isle of Death. You'll also learn what it's like to have travel as a lifestyle or if a travel blog can make a living.

Among the photographers, travelers introduce themselves Michael Fokt, Viktorka Hlaváčková, Karel Stepanek, Veronika Šubrtová alias Weef, Pavel Daněk, Lukáš Socha, Tomáš Vaňourek and more.
