According to preliminary results, Alza.cz as achieved a turnover of 2019 billion crowns excluding VAT (29,3 billion EUR) in 1,14. The record year brought 12,3 million orders, over 37 million sold items, the unique customer base exceeded 4 million. A total of 56% of payments were made by card, 55% of website visits were from mobile devices. 2019 million customers visited the branches in 7,5. 

The strongest shopping day was Monday, December 16, 12, when the daily turnover reached 2019 million crowns. "Last year was full of innovation and investment. Thanks to its 263 employees, the company managed to grow year-on-year and across countries: Hungary grew by 2%, Slovakia by 100%, the Czech Republic by 69%. In the corporate segment, we achieved a share of 15,4% of the total turnover and we see great potential here," said Tomáš Havryluk, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alza.cz, and added: "Although we focus on business, we do not forget basic human values ​​and continue to actively support meaningful non-profit projects helping disadvantaged groups in any way. At the end of the year, we launched a unique project Constellation of help or project on support for animals in shelters. In 2019, we supported  total 80 organizations. " 

In 2019, some segments crossed the two billion mark – laptops, mobile phones, small home appliances, white electronics and accessories. Billion dollar segments include: television, computer components and audio-video. The TOP 3 best-selling products in number of pieces for 2019 are: Gift Voucher Alza.cz 500 CZK (20 EUR, 5 HUF), fitness bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 000 and MS Office 4 for individuals.

Interest in financial services is also steadily increasing. The number of customers using Třetinka (purchase for a third of the price with additional payment within 3 months without any increase) has almost tripled year-on-year. The average price of purchased goods is CZK 11. Interest in the service has also increased Alza NEO (equipment rental) – business customers already make up 25%. Other services such as product insurance or extended warranty grew half as fast as Alza as a whole. A total of 56% of customers prefer to pay by card (28% online, 28% via a terminal at a branch or in AlzaBox). The popularity of paying by card is growing at the expense of cash, cash on delivery in return maintains constant popularity.

The company opened a new one in 2019 call center in Trinec, the first mobile special in Prague at Anděl, expanded the AlzaBox network to 200. She also strengthened significantly program for business customers,  For schools and the state and loan program supported 3D printing in schools. She was among the first to start Apple Pay and an innovative financial service for suppliers Alza Invoice Financing, she also expanded product selection intended for Třetinka. It has included other transport options – its own transport service AlzaExpress launched in regional cities, deployed in Prague cycle couriers, started cooperation with Liftag and put her shoes on dropshipment. It also recently started selling products for pets.

By 2020, the e-shop entered with an offer of 272 items. This year, the company is planning large-scale investments in services related to the delivery of goods - among other things, AlzaExpres will be launched in other cities and more AlzaBoxes will be added. There will also be significant investments in the development of internal systems, which is related to the extensive  recruitment of experts not only from the field of IT. There will also be a considerable amount of news and interesting things from the latest technologies.
