Samsung not only learned from the initial failure of the first generation of its foldable smartphone, but above all, it did not let it discourage it. Even earlier than Samsung Galaxy Since Flip ever saw the light of day, there were voices doubting his possible success. But in the end, these negative estimates turned out to be wrong - consumers showed an unprecedented interest in the new foldable smartphone from Samsung, and the foldable "cap" quickly disappeared from the shelves of stores, both physical and virtual.
Samsung seems to have big plans for foldable smartphones, as evidenced by reports of a gradual increase in the production of foldable displays. At the moment, a specialized Vietnamese factory produces "only" 260 folding displays per month. Ideally, by the end of May, the production volume should increase to 600 pieces per month, and by the end of this year, the plant should be able to produce the planned one million folding displays per month. But it is not just deliveries for Samsung – the aforementioned factory also meets the requirements of Chinese smartphone manufacturers by increasing production volume.

Demand for the current model is really high, and there has been speculation for some time that we could see a second generation of last year's model in the second half of this year Galaxy Fold - TechRadar server states, that this version might also come with an S Pen.
