Press Release: The new generation of the EVOLVEO multimedia center will offer playback of videos up to 8K Ultra HD format with HDR support thanks to the HDMI 2.1 standard. The operating system takes care of the operation of the device Android 9.0 with the help of 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Network connection is provided by dual Wi-Fi 2.4/5GHz or a LAN connector. High-speed USB 3.0 is available for copying files. The MediaBox also has Bluetooth technology, an AV out connector and a slot for MicroSDHC/SDXC cards. The latest generation of the Amlogic S905X3 chip used in the EVOLVEO multimedia center increases computing power and makes room for home video entertainment even for the most demanding users.

Powerful multimedia centers designed on the OS platform Android, allow digital content to be delivered to all home televisions. Multimedia centers are often the solution for users who need to play their own video and their current TV does not allow this. The problem is often the incompatibility of files - more precisely, codecs. It is also interesting that TV manufacturers do not have a unified standard for multimedia applications. Each TV manufacturer has its own application content, meaning its own library, which is significantly limited compared to the amount of applications available for Android. EVOLVEO MultiMedia Box C4 therefore meets the demand of users who require smart functions but do not own a Smart TV, the purchase of which currently exceeds the purchase price of a multimedia box many times over, or whose TV does not allow them to play the desired content.
EVOLVEO MultiMedia Box C4 is equipped with 4GB of operating memory, which guarantees smooth playback for all video content. The HDMI output interface of the latest 2.1 standard displays images up to 8K Ultra HD resolution with HDR support. Playback is backward compatible with previous versions of HDMI, for 4K it can play content at 120 frames per second.
The internal memory of 32 GB works on eMMC chips. This memory is sufficient for all applications and settings. For videos and other content, the memory can be easily expanded using a MicroSDHC/SDXC card up to a capacity of 64 GB or using external high-speed USB 3.0 storage.

To connect to the network, the box has a dual Wi-Fi module 2.4 GHz/5 GHz with a number of internal antennas of the 2T2R standard, which ensures a faster response. It is also possible to use an RJ45 type Ethernet connector. For connecting audio, it is possible to use the available analog 3,5mm jack and digital SPDIF connector. Peripherals can be connected using Bluetooth 4.2.
EVOLVEO MultiMedia Box C4 can also be used as a home DLNA server, allowing video content to be shared to the home network using this standard. Back-sharing of content, for example from a mobile phone to a TV using the MultiMedia Box, is done via the Miracast service. All content visible on the phone/tablet is mirrored to the TV. The function can be used, for example, when presenting photos to other viewers via TV.
The player comes with a smart programmable controller, which also has a smart function of learning signals from another controller. The TV and MultiMedia Box can be controlled simultaneously with one remote control.
