Samsung has started distributing this year's June security update for its selected smartphones. Owners of unlocked models of the product line are among the first to receive the update Galaxy S10 to Galaxy Note 10. The update gradually spread to models as well Galaxy A50, Galaxy Note 8 a Galaxy Xcover Pro. The availability of the update is reported by users in the United States, but also in the United Kingdom and a number of European countries, including Germany.

At the moment, the update should be available for Samsung smartphone owners Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 to Galaxy S10+, same as pro Galaxy Note 10 a Galaxy Note 10+. But it looks like it brings "only" various security improvements in the form of patching partial vulnerabilities in the operating system Android even in Samsung software. Users are not yet reporting any new features or improvements to existing ones in connection with the update, as was the case with the May security update for models Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra.

As always, the June software update will be downloaded as OTA (Over The Air), an alternative option is the software updates section in the phone settings. We can expect the latest update to roll out to other models and regions in the coming days. It is not yet clear when the S20 series smartphones will also receive the software update.
