Samsung owners Galaxy Note 9 can look forward to the One UI 2.1 update. This week, this update was expected to be released on Galaxy S9, but it got stuck somewhere and there are no new ones for it informace. Note 9 owners in Germany were the first to receive it. We learned from them at the same time informace that the update also comes with the June security patch.

A minor minus of this update is definitely that Samsung did not prepare every new feature that we can know from Galaxy S20 phones. Note 9 owners can at least look forward to the function of quickly sharing files or music nearby.

The Camera application received a new mode called Single Take, which takes several photos and short videos with one press of the shutter. The second new feature of the camera is the possibility to create your own filter. Finally, the option to manually control video recording has returned, which was removed during the update to One UI 1.0. The latest innovation in cameras is the AR zone, in which augmented reality functions and tools are grouped together.

If your phone doesn't offer you the update now, don't worry. Samsung is releasing it gradually in individual countries. It can thus reach the Czech Republic in a few days or weeks. As for the series phones Galaxy S9, so the identical update should be released in the first regions next week. Finally, we will mention that the size of the update is 1,2 GB.
