Last week, we reported on the release of the update to One UI 2.1, which the owners of the series phones received Galaxy Note 9. It was originally supposed to come out on phones in the same week Galaxy S9 and S9+, but it was about a week late. Fortunately, it was really only a small delay, since yesterday the first users in Korea and Germany are reporting that they already have the update.

This is most likely the last major update that will hit the phones Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy Note 9 we will see. On Android 11 and the One UI 3 superstructure will no longer be available due to the fact that Samsung also updates its flagship models only for a period of two years.

Support for Quick Share, which is the ability to quickly share files and media between Samsung devices (something similar to Apple AirDrop). The second novelty is Music Share, which is a similar function, only focused on music.

The most novelties took place in the camera application, where the Single Take mode is newly available. He can take several photos and videos with one press of the shutter, which he can then combine into one interesting image. The second new feature is the ability to edit and create your own filters. The option to record video in manual mode is also back. Last but not least, One UI 2.1 adds a new AR zone that groups various augmented reality tools and functions.

If your phone doesn't offer you the update now, don't worry. Samsung is releasing it gradually in individual countries. It can thus reach the Czech Republic in a few days or weeks. In conclusion, we will mention that the size of the update is approximately 1,2 GB. If you receive the update on your phone, be sure to let us know in the comments.
