Among the novelties presented by Samsung at this year's Unpacked is also the new generation of Samsung's foldable smartphone Galaxy Fold. What are the characteristics of this year's novelty and how does it differ from its predecessor?

Galaxy The Z Fold 2 is quite similar to its predecessor in many ways. Of course, the folding form with one large internal and small external display has been preserved. However, there was a significant increase in both displays, which brings improvements not only visually, but also functionally. The diagonal of the internal display is 7,6 inches, the external Cover Screen is 6,2 inches. Both displays are of the Infinity-O type, i.e. virtually without frames.

The resolution of the internal display is 1536 x 2156 pixels with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the external display offers Full HD resolution. Smartphone Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be available in two colors – Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze. In cooperation with the renowned New York atelier, a limited version of the Thom Browne Edition was created. Galaxy The Z Fold 2 is equipped with a Qulacomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset and is also equipped with 12GB of RAM. As for internal storage, there will be several versions to choose from, with the largest being 512 GB. More details about the folding novelty from Samsung will certainly not be long in coming.
