Commercial message: The prices of many smartphones, Samsung included, are significantly lower in other countries than here in the Czech Republic. This applies both to older models and to new ones that have only been on the market for a few months. And what is the difference between the prices of Samsungs purchased on the Czech and foreign markets? Where is the cheapest place to order them from?
A new model was selected to compare the prices of Samsungs from several foreign electronics stores Samsung Galaxy s20 plus, 128 GB and in gray design (Cosmic Grey), which costs CZK 27 in selected Czech Datart and Alza stores. The following foreign electronics chains were chosen for comparison with these electronic stores:
- Saturn (Germany)
- Darts (Italy)
- MediaMarkt (Spain)
- Alza (Hungary)

It is also necessary to point out that in some cases the purchase of Samsung mobile phones from foreign stores may not be worth the postage and VAT payment - even if they are willing to send the goods to the Czech Republic.
A one-way trip for a mobile phone across the border may not exactly be good for the customer's wallet either. If, of course, he does not come across an electrical store with cheap smartphones as part of your vacation and you just need a new mobile phone.
Samsung Galaxy s20+ in foreign stores

In addition to the possibility of purchasing in the Czech language, the German Amazon offers the Samsung model Galaxy s20 plus for 749,99 €, That is less than 20 thousand in Czech crowns, including free postage. It proves that it is cheaper to order smartphones from German e-shops.

From the above examples, it is clear that it pays off the most smartphone to buy in Germany – both in person in electronics stores and online via German e-shops.
