Although the sales of the Samsung series Galaxy The Note 20 will launch here in just 3 days, in the homeland of the technological giant it is already possible to buy this series for some time. As soon as the users did so, a wave of testing and observations began, which the owners of these models decided to share on social networks. Even though many sing praises for the design and processing, of course there was also a protor for criticism. Some users thus complain that the flagship in the form Galaxy The Note 20 Ultra has a foggy rear camera lens.

This problem was first pointed out on the forum by user Stinger1, who soon published photos. As you can see in the gallery on the side of the paragraph, only the lenses fog up on the coverslip, which is really weird. As soon as the post was published, other users started to join, so this is not an isolated problem. The author of that post decided to take his new model to a Samsung service center. There they told him that these problems can occur if moisture enters the phone through the air vents and if the phone is heated it will condense the moisture into fog. It is said to be a normal physical phenomenon, so Samsung rejects complaints.

Users have been told, well and short, that if they want to avoid these problems, they should avoid temperature fluctuations. Of course, if the lens fogs up, the camera cannot be used. It's really interesting that nothing like this happened in previous versions, and it could be a serious problem. No one wants a foggy camera for this money. Since we have to try the Exynos 990 in Europe, we hope that the machine will at least take pictures in all conditions. Apparently not.
