This problem was first pointed out on the forum by user Stinger1, who soon published photos. As soon as the post was published, other users started to join, so this is not an isolated problem. The author of that post decided to take his new model to a Samsung service center. There they told him that these problems can occur if moisture enters the phone through the air vents and if the phone is heated it will condense the moisture into fog. It is said to be a normal physical phenomenon, so Samsung rejects complaints.
