Televisions from the South Korean giant often contain advantages that the competition can only dream of. Although the price often corresponds to this, in many cases it is justified and Samsung simply offers something extra that other manufacturers do not have. It is no different with the special HDR10+ technology, which offers an even better and more vivid picture than ever before. Still, the range of services and streaming platforms has been somewhat limited in this regard, thankfully broken by the addition of Google Play Movies to the list. Thanks to this, all owners of smart televisions from Samsung can enjoy this unusual experience and basically use any movie that the mentioned service from Google offers. And the South Korean manufacturer finally came up with one more pleasant surprise.

Although Google and Samsung sometimes forget about Europe and focus primarily on larger markets such as the American or Asian ones, in the case of HDR10+ and Google Play Movies, almost all markets where Samsung sells its smart TVs will receive it. Altogether, up to 117 countries can enjoy the update, and many more are to follow. After all, the HDR10+ standard was developed in cooperation with Panasonic and 20th Century Fox, which means only one thing - open-source availability without license fees and unnecessary bureaucracy. Samsung wants to provide this next-gen experience to almost all modern televisions, and it looks like this fact will be the new standard in many markets. We'll see if the technology hits another milestone soon.
