It is quite clear that Samsung to the new flagships in the form Galaxy The S21 will want to implement the best possible hardware, which should be the Exynos 1000 in the global version (it can be assumed that the American version will again be equipped with a chip from Qualcomm, following the pattern of previous years). A mysterious test of a smartphone with the model number SM-G5B has appeared in Geekbench 996. If the test is not fake, which is always one of the possibilities, according to foreign information, it should really be an upcoming Galaxy S21.

The Exynos 1000 should have 8 cores, namely one main, three high-performance and four economical. The base frequency of the chip should be 2,21 GHz and it should be supported by 8 GB of RAM. However, the size of the memory is debatable, as it can be expected that Samsung will release several models that will also differ in the size of the RAM memory. The benchmark also revealed that the new models should come in the box with Androidem 11, which probably everyone expected and it would be very strange if it were otherwise. If we look at specific numbers, the Exynos 1000, which scored 1038 in single-core and 3060 in multi-core, is roughly the same performance as the Snapdragon 865+, which Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G reached 960/3050 points. Galaxy The Note 20 with Exynos 990 scored 885/2580 points, so the gap is clear. The lower score for the upcoming Exynos 1000 can be explained by the fact that there is still about half a year until the introduction of new flagships. We believe that the South Korean giant will optimize and increase performance accordingly. Another significant difference between the versions with Exynos and Snapdragon would probably be hard for fans to bear.
