Last year, Google's flagship Pixel 4 series received a "cool" feature of the Google Duo application called auto-framing, which was later extended to other Pixels. As reported by the website SamMobile, it appears that the current flagship series of Samsung has now also started receiving it Galaxy S20.

If you don't know what this is - the feature is used to keep the user in the frame during a video call by zooming in on their face when they move away from the phone (as long as they remain in the camera's field of view). The camera also tracks the user as they move from place to place.

When auto auto-framing is activated, the app automatically switches to wide-angle mode. It does not work when the rear camera is on.

The feature is currently limited to only Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus and Galaxy S20 Ultra. Other Samsung flagship models such as Galaxy Notes 20, Galaxy Z Flip or Galaxy Z Fold 2, they do not support it, but it is possible that it will arrive before long. However, in this context, the website SamMobile adds in one breath that the function is supposed to be exclusive to Pixel phones and that it does not know if its release on Samsung smartphones was intentional.
