Some users on Reddit or Samsung's community forums are reporting problems with the display of the recently released "budget flagship" Galaxy S20 FE. According to them, the 6,5-inch Super AMOLED screen, for example, from time to time stops responding to touch or registers it incorrectly, leading to occasional choppy scrolling animations.

Some users report that it takes some time for the problem to become visible, as it often resolves itself by accident. However, for other users, the problem went so far that they had to restart the phone to get the screen to work properly again.

It's unclear at this time how widespread the problem is and whether it can be fixed with a software update. Samsung has not yet commented on it.

Galaxy However, the S20 FE, which is otherwise a hit for the South Korean tech giant, is not its only phone with display problems - in the spring, some users began to report a problem with the smartphone's green screen Galaxy S20 Ultra (but only in the version with an Exynos chip). It eventually turned out to be caused by one of the April updates, and Samsung fixed it with a subsequent patch.
