Samsung presented at an event in the summer Galaxy Unpacked not only the new phones of the series Galaxy Note 20, but also the latest One UI 2.5 user interface. It made its debut within this series, before it began to spread to other smartphones through software updates Galaxy. A few months ago, the technological giant confirmed that it was preparing the relevant update for, for example, the next flagship series Galaxy S20 or flexible phones, but he didn't mention the "people's" line Galaxy A. Surprisingly, however, he has now started issuing it to her, more precisely to the model Galaxy A71.

Users in dozens of countries across different continents are currently receiving the build-in update. It carries firmware version A715FXXU3ATI8 and is around 1 GB. Among other things, users can look forward to improvements in camera quality and stability or the Samsung Keyboard function. The update also adds the SOS location sharing feature in the Messages app, support for Bitmoji emoticons on the Always-on display, or improves the Wi-Fi connection.

The update includes the October security patch, which should fix 21 vulnerabilities found in Samsung's software. At the moment, it is not clear when the update could also be released for other budget phones.
