However, the whole problem has one more common denominator – it only appears when chargers other than original ones from Samsung are used. A lot of users have pointed out that it's at least suspicious that the issue only occurs with non-genuine chargers, even though they were working perfectly fine until the software update. Some contributors therefore called for a boycott of products from the workshop of the South Korean technology giant.

Unfortunately, there is currently no solution to this issue, restarting the phone or deleting the cache unfortunately has no effect. We don't even know how big the problem is, because many owners of the affected phones don't use wireless charging at all. However, those affected by the inconvenience report the problem directly to Samsung via phone, and hopefully we will get a solution as soon as possible.
