Samsung continues to roll out One UI 2.5 updates to more smartphones - the latest being one of its best mid-range models Galaxy A70. Users in Ukraine are receiving the update at the moment.

The update carries firmware version A705FNXXU5CTK4, is 1421 MB in size and includes the November security patch. Assuming that its distribution in Ukraine goes smoothly, it should soon spread to other countries of the old continent.

One UI 2.5 extension on Galaxy The A70 brings, among other things, new functions of the Samsung Keyboard application (specifically dividing the keyboard horizontally and searching for videos on YouTube), support for Bitmoji stickers on the always-on display, new SOS messages or improvements to the camera (e.g. the ability to choose the recording length in Single Take mode) . In addition, phone users will now have access to new information when connecting to a Wi-Fi network (specifically about the quality of the connection), and the update also makes it easier to require Wi-Fi passwords.

As for the November security patch, it fixes several dozen exploits discovered in Androidu (more precisely, 5 critical, 29 severe and 31 moderately dangerous) as well as several vulnerabilities in Samsung's software, one of which made it possible to bypass the security function through the Secure Folder application Androidwith FRP (Factory Reset Protection).
