In recent weeks, reports have hit the airwaves, according to which Samsung intends to introduce a new flagship series Galaxy S21 (S30) already in January next year. According to the very latest news brought by the website Android Headlines, however, this will not be the case and the South Korean technology giant will reveal the new series on the usual date, i.e. in February.

Android Headlines doesn't give an exact show or launch date, but claims that the series will launch in February, with an unspecified trusted source said to be certain of the information. The website has proven its leaks of Samsung and other companies' products to be reliable in the past, but this has mostly been about device renders, not notification data. The information given by him should therefore be taken with a grain of salt.

As you know from our previous news, according to unofficial reports from recent weeks, Samsung would have a line Galaxy S21 to be presented at the beginning of January next year or in the middle of it and put it on the market at the end of the month. The reason for the earlier launch is that Samsung wants to take some of Huawei's market share and at the same time get a head start on next year Apple.

At this point, it's unclear how much the individual models — believed to be the S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra — might cost. However, Samsung reportedly plans to cut prices to better compete with major rivals and reflect the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
