Samsung launched two new low-cost models of the series Galaxy AT - Galaxy A12 a Galaxy A02s. Both, in his words, will offer a large immersive display, long battery life and a powerful camera for their price. They will be sold for under 200 euros.

Galaxy The A12 got a 6,5-inch Infinity-V display, an unspecified octa-core chipset that runs at a frequency of up to 2,3 GHz (however, it should be the Helio P35 from MediaTek), 4 GB of RAM and 64 and 128 GB of internal memory.

The camera is quadruple with a resolution of 48, 5, 2 and 2 MPx, while the second has a wide-angle lens, the third serves as a macro camera and the fourth fulfills the role of a depth sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 8 MPx. The equipment includes a fingerprint reader, NFC and a 3,5 mm jack built into the power button.

Software-wise, the phone is built on Androidu 10, the battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 15 W.

Galaxy A02s, the cheaper of the two new products, also has an Infinity-V display with the same diagonal and resolution, and is also powered by an unspecified octa-core chip, clocked at a frequency of 1,8 GHz. It is complemented by 3 GB of operating memory and 32 GB of internal memory.

The camera is triple with a resolution of 13, 2 and 2 MPx and the front camera has a resolution of 5 MPx. The phone, unlike its sibling, lacks a fingerprint reader and is likely to be one of the few – if not the only – models next year Galaxy without this feature.

The lower model as a sibling builds on the software Androidu 10 and its battery also has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports 15W charging.

Galaxy The A12 will be available from January next year in black, white and blue. The variant with 64 GB of internal memory will cost 179 euros (roughly 4 crowns), the 700 GB version will cost 128 euros (approximately 199 CZK). Galaxy The A02s will go on sale a month later and will be available in black and white. It will cost 150 euros (just under 4 thousand CZK).
