Apple from today officially launched the sale of its new double wireless charger Magsafe Duo Charger. It will offer users the possibility to charge two devices at the same time. Together with iPhonem so they can chat in one device, for example i Apple Watch. But why do we write about such things in our magazine for Samsung fans? Just to point out that the Korean company came up with a charger based on the same principle a long time ago AppleIn addition, the South Korean company also includes a charging adapter. The competing product was already on the market in the middle of 2019, so as owners of phones with the Samsung logo, we had a full year and a half ahead of the Apple players.

In addition, the company from Cupertino, USA does not supply a power adapter with the charger, just as it did with the recently released iPhone 12. Again, unlike Apple, Samsung does not deny an absolutely essential part of the product in the basic package. At the same time, a new charger from Apple will cost CZK 3990. The alternative from Samsung will cost CZK 1690 at the same retailer, i.e. less than half the amount charged by the competition. In addition, you also need to add the price of the 30W USB-C adapter, which is sold here for CZK 1390.
In terms of technical differences, both chargers are very similar. The Magsafe Duo Charger supports fast charging at a power of up to 14 W, while the double charger from Samsung supports Fast Charge 2.0 technology and can deliver a maximum of 15 W to the device.
