Samsung is going to have a hell of a time with the new generation of its flagship next year. Competition for Galaxy The S21 is slowly starting to be revealed and things are not looking good for the Korean giant. Chinese companies in particular will challenge the upcoming smartphone to a duel. At the beginning of next year, they should wage war against Samsung with the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and OnePlus 9 models, which should offer similar specifications to the Korean phones, only at a more favorable price. A leak has now surfaced on the internet showing an upgraded Google Pixel 5 Pro without a notch for the front camera. This means only one thing - Google will probably overtake Samsung and offer a phone with a camera hidden directly under the display.

Google wouldn't be the first manufacturer to offer a phone with a camera under the front display. It was deprived of this first place by the Chinese ZTE with its Axon 20 5G. However, we have become accustomed to such technological victories with Chinese companies, but they rarely bring them to perfection. With the mentioned ZTE, for example, when displaying a bright image above the camera, you can tell that the display has been adjusted in that area. Let's see how the giant Google handles the challenge. For such a camera to function properly, the display must be specially adapted to allow light to pass through it. This causes the modified part of the display to reflect the light in a slightly different way, at least that was the case with the mentioned phone from ZTE.

Apart from the camera under the display, according to leaks, the new Pixel Pro would have rather average specifications for a flagship. There is talk of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chip, eight gigabytes of operating memory and 256 gigabytes of disk space. Although it is a shift compared to the classic fifth Pixel, it explained the installation of an average Snapdragon 765G with a complicated and lengthy development. However, the Pixel 5 Pro will certainly offer a famous camera, which regularly competes even with classically excellent photographers iPhonem.

Of course, we have to take the leak with a grain of salt. The Slashleaks server, where it originally appeared, itself points out that it is possible to trust it up to 25%. But if the device exists, we should see it sometime in the first half of next year. How do you like the idea of a camera under the display? Do you think that we will see it at Samsung, for example, in the upcoming one Galaxy From Fold 3, how some speculation claims? Share your opinion with us in the discussion below the article.
