Although Samsung is primarily focused on the production of smartphones and is known for this all over the world, it has recently begun dabbling in other, seemingly different fields that could offer the company further growth and, above all, the expansion of the overall portfolio. The same is true of the game market, which is somewhat saturated and contains an abundance of options to make yourself visible, but still offers enough ways to impress. It is for this reason that Samsung decided to conclude an agreement with Twitch, the largest streaming platform in the world, which is supposed to strengthen the image of Samsung as a company also active in the gaming market.

In particular, Samsung logically wants to draw attention to its upcoming devices and slightly divert attention from the computer and console segment, which dominates the platform. The target is mainly 5G smartphones, for which the company has prepared a whole series of events and game challenges that will raise awareness of the functions of individual models and at the same time give more space to mobile gaming. Although this has been growing by thousands of percent in recent years, most streamers still focus primarily on desktop devices. However, this is to change with the arrival of Samsung, and the company will especially favor those streamers who will be willing to organize a tournament here and there in the mobile game.
