Samsung without much fanfare (it's saving those for today's afternoon event Galaxy Unpacked) presented this year's cheapest smartphone with 5G network support Galaxy A32 5G. Its price will start at 280 euros and will be available from February.

The novelty received a 6,5-inch Infinity-V TFT LCD display with HD+ resolution and relatively thick frames (especially the bottom). Its back appears to be made of a highly polished glass-like plastic that Samsung refers to as Glasstic.

Although Samsung hasn't officially confirmed it, the phone is most likely powered by the Dimensity 720 chipset, complemented by 4, 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable internal storage.

The camera is quadruple with a resolution of 48, 8, 5 and 2 MPx, with the main lens having an aperture of f/1.8, the second an ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, the third serving as a macro camera and the last as a depth sensor. Unlike previous Samsung smartphones, the individual sensors are not housed in a module, but each has its own cutout. The front camera has a resolution of 13 MPx.

The equipment includes a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button, NFC (depending on the market) and a 3,5 mm connector.

The smartphone is software-based Androidon the 11, the One UI 3.0 user interface, the battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 15 W.

It will be available in four colors – black, white, blue and purple (officially named Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue and Awesome Violet). The version with 64 GB of internal memory will cost 280 euros (roughly 7 CZK), the variant with 300 GB 128 euros (approximately 300 crowns). The new product will go on sale on February 7
