A new representative of the Samsung series Galaxy M - Galaxy M62 - recently received the certification of the American FCC (Federal Communications Commission), which revealed that it will have a battery with a capacity of 7000 mAh. The last model of the series has the same capacity – Galaxy M51.

The certification documents on the authority's site also revealed that the phone, codenamed SM-M62F/DS, will come with a 25W charger and that it will be equipped with a 3,5mm jack and a USB-C port.

The documents did not reveal its hardware specifications, but thanks to the Geekbench benchmark record, we know that it will be equipped with an Exynos 9825 chipset, 6 GB of RAM and Android 11 (and according to some unofficial information, 256 GB of internal memory). For the sake of completeness, let's add that it scored 763 points in the single-core test and 1952 points in the multi-core test.

Some "behind the scenes" reports from late last year suggested that Galaxy The M62 could actually be a tablet, however the FCC documents list it as a mobile phone.

We don't have much information about him at the moment, but what is certain is that we should expect him to be released soon.
