The next generation of the Asus ROG Phone gaming smartphone, or rather its back, has appeared for the first time in an unofficial photo. It follows that the phone will have a triple camera with a 64MPx main sensor and that the overall design of the back is based on its predecessor.
In addition, we can see a red button in the lower right corner, which according to the Chinese leaker WhyLab, who shared the image of the phone, can serve as a shortcut to activate the game mode. According to him, the smartphone could be called ROG Phone 5 because the number 05 is on the back. It could also be called this because the number 4 is considered cursed in Chinese culture.
The phone also recently received China's 3C certification, which revealed that it will support 65W fast charging. It also recently appeared in the Geekbench 5 benchmark, where it scored 1081 points in the single-core test and 3584 points in the multi-core test (for comparison - ROG The Phone 3 scored 953 or 3246 points in it, so its successor should improve its performance by only a few percent).
According to unofficial reports so far, it will get a Snapdragon 888 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and software will run on Androidat 11. It should be staged in March or April.
