It's only been a few weeks since Samsung launched a series of smartphones Galaxy According to him, the S10 released a stable update with the One UI 3.0 user interface. A few days ago, however, their owners unexpectedly received another update, which signaled that everything was not quite right with the first update. And this has now also been confirmed, as Samsung has withdrawn the update from last year's flagships.

The download applies to both an OTA (over the air) update and an update installed via Samsung's Smart Switch data transfer service. The South Korean tech giant has yet to say what prompted it to take the unusual step, but various reports suggest that there are several bugs in the firmware that need to be fixed. In particular, users are said to complain about strange smudges on photos or overheating of phones. Other, as yet unreported bugs may also have forced Samsung to download the update.

Interestingly, users of other Samsung smartphones that received a stable update with One UI 3.0 do not complain about the mentioned or other errors. Apparently, only the rows are concerned Galaxy S10.

At the moment, it is not clear when the update will return to circulation, so users of the series phones can only hope that it will be as soon as possible.
