Last October, we informed you that Samsung, in addition to the already introduced phone for the lowest class Galaxy M02 it works even on a cheap smartphone Galaxy A02. A month later, it received certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance organization, which indicated its imminent arrival. Now, its arrival has come even closer as it has received yet another certification, this time from Thailand's Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).

The NBTC certification documents revealed that Galaxy The A02 supports 4G LTE connectivity and has a slot for two SIM cards. It will also have support for the Bluetooth 4.2 standard, as revealed by an earlier certification.

According to previous unofficial reports, the phone will get a 5,7-inch Infinity-V display, a MediaTek MT6739WW chipset, 2 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of internal memory, and a dual camera with a resolution of 13 and 2 MPx. Software-wise, it should be built on Androidu 10 and the battery will reportedly have a capacity of 5000 mAh (this should be compared to its predecessor Galaxy A01 one of the biggest changes – its battery had a capacity of only 3000 mAh).

Considering the newly acquired certification, it should be launched very soon, probably in the next few days.
